Amazing staff! Friendly, knowledgeable. Came here for a few accessories, and left with more than I needed! Will be back when it's time to replace my bike.
Disappointed to say the least. They had a good sale so I got a bike I had my eye on. They then emailed me the next day to tell me it was sold out but would offer me 10% off a new bike, they switched my order to a different color (didnt give me the 10% off), then emailed me that my order was on hold because of my CC, when I called they said there was no issues. Then I get an email that they are sold out of that bike a week after I paid for it. Customer service people were friendly enough but this amount of screw ups is not worth it.
I have had really good experiences at this shop. It is my go-to place. I ride 5000 miles a year distributed over three bikes, so one is always in need of a a little TLC, and these guys always help me out. I've gotten good guidance from the mechanics there. I don't understand the negative reviews. There is always a chance you can catch someone at a less than stellar moment wherever you go. Let's not be inhuman. Build a relationship with these guys and you won't be disappointed.
I bike a lot and try to do a lot of my own repairs. These guys are super supportive. Hats off to Brian and Dave for running a wonderful service department as well. No ridiculous bike attitude here, they are just happy to see bikers in the shop getting great deals and support.
