The customer service reps working at this location are great. They really go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Kendall really stands out. She remembers who you are and handles all issues in a pleasant and professional manner. Even when they are not the closest location, I chose to rent at Greenwood. Overall a small, but efficient and friendly location.
Kindle and Matt were great! My family and I worked with the team at the Orchard location to reserve the right class and vehicle to use during our Spring Break. These guys were able to provide us with exactly what we needed. Professional and courteous all the way!!! I look forward to renting from them in the near future with confidence!!
Absolutely not. Called and made a reservation. Then called the local branch to confirm and all I got from her was "we won't have a car for you, we're overbooked." I'm sorry but why do I have a reservation confirmation if you KNOW you don't have enough cars?!? She even tells me that they have 3 cars and 6 reservations and has no plan to tell all those people that they'll show up and NOT HAVE A CAR. What is that?! That's the worst business policy I've ever heard of. I used to love this location but I will never use them again. And I sure as hell won't be using enterprise either since they are completely aware of what they're doing and are purposefully putting people at risk of having no car. I repeat, worst company and branch ever.
Quickest check in ever. From the moment we walked in the door, we were on the road in 15 minutes. We always use this location. Best customer service!
