Would not recommend this retailer. We still have no update on one of the two pieces, it is still "in route" and e-mails have been sent to the owner. We will not do any more business with this store.
HW Home has beautiful items and it is always great fun to go in and see what they have. I bought a unique duvet set from them -- it has held up great.

Follow-up: (6/1/09) We received a call from one of the owners who was very apologetic (we appreciate the sincere follow-up (3 months later) to the problem and understanding the need to address the problem with the involved staff members), the owner promised to issue a refund the next day.
We ordered 2 pieces of furniture almost 3 months ago. Almost no contact / updates from the salesperson / staff. Manager has not been very effective in returning calls. The sales person has been indifferent. (our purchase was about $3k).
