I do like this place and would go here more often if I still lived nearby. The wine selection is excellent and the employees that roam in that section are often very helpful. From what I can tell the beer selection is good too. The rewards program is top notch and the prices aren't bad either
This was definitely my last trip in this store. Their prices are the highest of the four major stores I shop at. I received a birthday coupon giving me a 50% discount on a purchase of my favorite spirit (up to $20). What they do is take off the "member price" and give you the discount off the "regular price!" The perfect "bait and switch." First of all, no one in their right mind would pay the regular price for their products. Their competition would crush them. Second, their member pricing is not that good. Also, the prices are confusing. I saw a bottle of Basil Hayden with three prices for the same size bottle ranging from $42 to $52, I bought the same bottle from a competitor for $29.99 a couple of weeks ago. I felt bad for the cashier. He's the one who gets all the complaints from the customers. He referred me to some dumpy guy walking the aisles (most likely a manager of some sort) who confirmed that, just for today, I am not a member. I expressed my abhorrence to, what I perceived as, a deceptive way of getting me in the store. I don''t understand how business owners like those at Incredible Wines and Spirits sleep at night. I am more amazed how people continue to shop there when there are several alternatives with much better pricing and customer service.
Great selection for the people who like something very specific and often can't find what they are looking for!
I frequent this place and check out their selection on craft beers as I work close. Their selection is among the best in town! They are a little pricey but they do also have a kick ass rewards program!
Money talks, so money walked. I've been a shopper at Incredible since 2008, even predating their current location. I went in to buy a bottle of wine and found, what appeared to be an employee's car in the lot with the pictured sticker. (The car also had a placard that plainly stated "I am an employee of Incredible, please don't tow my car." too) I walked back into the store after my purchase, told a cashier that I saw the car and the sticker. The cashier acknowledged that it was an employee, refunded my purchase, mentioned that I wasn't the first, and I removed myself from their customer database. I support free speech, and the employee's right to express his or herself. A manager called, apologized, and said the employee had been reprimanded. I understand their decision, but I stick by mine.
They have free popcorn and coffee machine - they also do a ton of free tastings on beer, wine, and liquor! It's a very cool shopping experience at Incredible!
All of the staff are really friendly and very helpful! We felt so welcomed as soon as we entered the doors. They have a huge selection of wine, beers and harder liquor. We enjoyed shopping here a lot! If we were locals this would be our go-to place for alcohol for sure.
I would recommend at least going and checking them out!
