Great selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good dog treats. Have some pricey treats, but the dog food is cheap.
Although we had initially walked into the Belleview location to schedule the appointment in person, they kept asking if we made the reservation at another location. Ultimately there was no one we could talk to who could provide us with options and they just sent us out the door. I'm really disappointed in this poor experience considering the ideal location and the other positive reviews.
Really disappointed in our first impression of the groomers at Krisers. We made an appointment eight weeks ago, and we arrived to drop off our pups when we were notified that there was no appointment.
This is the best place for my dogs. High quality food, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The people know you and the the dogs by name. They know my whole family and their dogs!! The nail tech knows my dogs and they love her! We love Kriser's!!!
Needless to say, they've lost a potential repeat customer.
Carrie (sp?) just groomed our Border Collie and did a fantastic job! She did exactly what we discussed before the appointment, and when I picked up my dog she was in very good spirits, always a really good sign!
Went in & couldn't locate the raw cat food in the size that I usually get so, I asked the guy at the front if they had other sizes. He cheerfully looked it up in the computer & basically emptied part of their freezer to get the right sizes for me! He also told me how to get a discount on that food (if I order a case)! I've been going to other Kriser locations for a long time & he was the first to tell me that. Great service & high quality pet products!
