They called us an hour before our appointment cancelling because one of their therapists had to cancel. No back up plan at all. And we had booked this appointment over two months ago and were traveling into town for the night.
I drive several miles to go to this Green Spa and I'm sure I pass many spas along the way. The spa is beautiful and Krysti is outstanding! Very knowledgeable and professional and she has the right solutions for various aches and pains.
The massage was great! I did a deep tissue massage and my only "complaint" would be that my massage therapist was a tad aggressive with her massage.
I've been a member for about a year now. I got tired of paying 100 dollars with tip to the other chain massage places. This place offers a great deal for monthly members and non memebers. I can get an hour massage once a month for a total of 58-60 dollars with tip. That about what I think is fair. The massage therapists are on rotation so I rarely get the same one. Most are competent and I wouldn't say they are the best in the industry so that's why I only gave 4 stars. However, the value for the price is amazing. I will continue to be a customer as long as things stay priced the way they are. Also, the front desk folks are very respectful and accommodating. Prompt on call backs in case a cancellation occurs
I'm very disappointed in my experience with this spa. I made a reservation over a month ago for couples massage to celebrate an anniversary while in from out of town. A representative called the day before our appointment to confirm our appointment. Then, an hour before our appointment, the same attendant called to cancel the appointment. No accommodations were offered other than saying we could reschedule for another day. I completely understand things come up and the therapist had an emergency. However, that is very poor customer service to contact someone an hour before their appointment and offer no accommodations for the extreme inconvenience.
