She helped us find everything we needed in her section and explained why we should pick one product over the other every time we asked; she always had an answer. Super friendly and super helpful place. Would definitely go to this home improvement store over any other in the area.
Thank you Lowes of Greenwood Village! I bought 2 expensive light fixtures that the manufacturer had designed with an LED array that once it burned out could not be replaced. I had no idea that such a concept existed! Kichler LED Flushmount Ceiling Fixture. Light fixtures without a way to put in new light bulbs! Lowes listened to my problem and will refund my money! I am a very satisfied customer.
I went in for a Barbecue grill and being a newbie at this had a lot of questions. Norm and his team were very attentive and helpful. My family and i were impressed with the assistance we received. Keep it up!
